Case Study Conclusion

After carrying out this case study on selling on ebay, it is clear to see that there are many problems that can occurr, such as scammers.

The mobile phone that I put up for auction on ebay did not sell and had to be relisted again! This meant having to go through the entire process of relisting the item and paying the money for this. This was extremely inconveinant and it did put me off selling on ebay. However, when I relisted the item again it did sell and within 3 days instead of 10 so I was extremely pleased!

Thus, you must manage your listing at all times and monitor who is bidding for you item. You must also be aware of dodgy emails and scammers who do not want to pay for the item!

Although there were a few problems the thrill of selling an item on ebay is electric! So give it a go!
